Applications for Absentee Ballots for 2025 Elections may be accepted starting on January 1, 2025.
You must request separately for each election in 2024, that you want to vote absentee.

Early Voting only takes place at the Board of Elections Office.
Absentee and Early Voting at the Board of Elections begins April 8, 2025, for the May 6, 2025, Cambridge City Primary Election (if necessary) and ends Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 5:00 P.M.
No Early voting is held on Monday, May 5, 2025!

DEAD-LINE:
Below is the deadline for the Board of Elections to receive an Absentee application for the November 5, 2024 General Election for a ballot to be mailed to the voter. Application received no later than __Tuesday, October 29, 2024 by 8:30 P.M.__
If mailing, you should allow enough time (minimum 7-10 days) for the postal service to deliver your application to our office, and for our office to send your ballot to you.
By law, voted Absentee Ballots that you return to us by mail must be postmarked by __Monday, November 4, 2024__ to be counted for the November General Election.
Your voted Absentee Ballot may be hand carried to the secure drop box in front of 627 Wheeling Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 or into our office on General Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024 by 7:30 P.M. No over the counter ballots will be accepted after 7:30 P.M. Election Day.

No one may pick up a ballot for another voter. Only the voter may receive their own ballot.
