Absentee/ Early Voting
Absentee/ Early Voting will begin March 19, 2021 for Military and UOCAVA voters.
Voter Registration Closes for the May 4th, 2021 Primary / Special Election on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 9:00 pm.
Regular Absentee/ Early Voting will begin April 6, 2021 at 8:00 am.
Next Election
The next election in Guernsey County will be Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Primary/ Special Election. Polling locations for ONLY the 4th Ward in Cambridge and the Newcomerstown Exempted Village School District in Monroe/Wheeling Precinct will be open 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Guernsey County Board of Elections will be closed Friday, April 2, 2021 at 12:00 Noon to observe the Good Friday Holiday. The office will re-open Monday, April 5, 2021 at 9:00 am.
